Plantique Biocosmetics S.L. knows no borders and offers FREE SHIPPING on all* your orders. For certain countries a minimum order is required to obtain free shipping. Check the minimum order amount for your country below:

*Fixed shipping cost of €20 for orders under €250 for Ceuta and Melilla (Spain). Gibraltar (UK). Madeira and Azores (Portugal). Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The Touch Book product for sale individually has a fixed shipping cost of €8.

Important: Any additional costs related to taxes and/or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to customs delays or unclaimed packages.

RETURNS

Returns can be processed by sending an email to info@plantiquebiocosmetics.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, detailing the order number, the reason for the return and attaching a photo of the product packaging. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

If your request meets the conditions, you can then organize and pay for the return shipment so that Plantique Biocosmetics S.L. will proceed with the corresponding refund.
